The coursework is a 2500 word academic report to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and practical application of key concepts in people resourcing. The assignment has been designed in order to allow you to consider how the theory of people resourcing could potentially contribute to success within an organisational context of your choice by the people resourcing strategy chosen.

1. Firstly you need to choose an organisation and investigate the overall strategy for the next 5 years, and analyse the internal and external labour market.

2. From this analysis make recommendations to improve/align the People Resourcing Strategy for the next 5 years for your chosen organisation by critically evaluating the theory so that you have academic evidence to justify your suggestions.
