What do you do if you have a hardship and need to seek an excusal from jury duty?
Next, answer the following questions based on what you know about the pre-trial process and voir dire.
What type of juror would you believe the prosecutor would want on the jury in the following cases?
Murder trial with a young mother accused of killing her baby.
Forgery trial involving a middle age business man who became addicted to pain pills.
Burglary trial for a 20 year old non-white male accused of entering a restaurant and stealing money and alcohol.
