Aviation Labor Unions
Introduction
Labor unions were first established by workers to pursue collective workspace goals such as wages,
benefits, work rules, and power. Unions have had a presence in many major businesses and industries
throughout the history of the United States. Some unions have only skilled workers while others welcome
