Change Management

  Articulate your knowledge about organizational change and how you would apply that knowledge in a real-world organizational situation- You are expected to demonstrate both your mastery of the course material and your ability to apply your knowledge-     First, provide a concise description of the intended change in your organization and its anticipated outcomes (by way of a succinct introduction); then identify (provide an observation of) the potential organizational change obstacles your plan might encounter, ensuring you touch upon at least two of the categories of obstacles covered in this course- Second, clearly articulate elements of the literature from the course that are most meaningful to you in the context of the change that you will be influencing (provide a citation of scholarly works and/or other authoritative sources including best practices where applicable)- Third, outline your change plan including the specific activities you will be carrying out in support of the change plan, including mitigation tactics for the obstacles identified above- Also, include rough time-lines for implementation (in other words, provide an explanation of what you plan to do)- Provide a succinct conclusion recapping what you have proposed and what positive results this will yield for the organization-
