Creating USB lamp made of Molding and Casting materials

We as a group are going to design an actual USB lamp and we are going to work on it later. However, the prof needs to know for each student , what he is going to do or basically what his plan to make the USB lamp. Here are the prof instructions of the assignment For this project we must create the lamp using the three manufacturing basic methods which are 1-machinging 2-Casting 3-Joining. However, for my part I am doing only the Molding (Casting) and Joining. You can consider about the materials and we use for the molding but you have to justify why you are using the some specific materials.Also, give an approximation how much materials should I use .
