CJ 4340 – FALL, 2015 THIRD REPORT TOPIC The recent terrorist attacks in Paris cry for explanation. There are two parts of this assignment: (1) Using any of the theories of crime we have considered thus far in the course, explain what you believe caused the recent terrorist attacks in Paris. You can use your notes or any material in the Akers and Sellers’ book, but please do not use other sources. (2) Men (and boys) are much more likely than women (and girls) to commit terrorism, and this seems to be true of the recent terrorist attacks in Paris. Using any of the theories of crime we have considered thus far in the course, explain what you believe accounts for this gender difference in terrorism. Do you believe the time will come when there is no male-female difference in terrorism? If so, why? If not, why not? Remember that your report is supposed to be approximately four pages long (double-spaced).
