Develop a scenario on an organization of your choice. Essentially this scenario should be a vision of how in 10 years or more, the organization of your choice will operate. Your scenario should be structured in form and should be 3000 words not including bibliography. The scenario needs to be supportable and robust, and your paper outlining the scenario should contain the following elements; a) An executive summary of 300 words maximum, outlining your future scenario of your chosen organization.the summary must include some discussions of the key trend and development that enabled that vision. b) An introduction as a guide to the reader. c) A discussion of the industry or market place In which your organization operates in. this outline should include key trends in the market and its expected that this section will include charts. d) A discussion of how the industry currently operates prior to technocentric and sustaincentric assumptions. e) A discussion of which trends previously identified will continue f) A discussion of your future vision for the organization of your choice, this should include a view on products , services, markets and geographies served in addition you should consider the operating model of the organization. g) A discussion of how the future vision maps to sustaincentric assumption and the gap between this and current operating assumptions in the industry. h) A discussion of how the future will realize more sustainable outcomes utilizing a framework provided to them during the course. i) A stakeholder map outlining stakeholders in the industry now and also in the future (10years or more). This map should also outline the key challenges with stakeholders now and some consideration of what they will be in the future. NOTE PLEASE; 1) Students must submit their template of how their organization currently maps to technocentric assumptions as an appendix. 2) Students must submit a précis of their future vision (maximum 300 words) along with their template of how their future vision maps to sustaincentric assumption as an appendix to their report.
