Economics system

The work has to be in REPORT FORMAT consisting of the following; executive summary, contents page, the main report, references (THE HARVARD REFERENCING SYSTEM), and lastly appendices. It has to be written in 3rd person with double spacing used throughout. I want North Korea to be used as en example for a planned/command economy, Hong Kong to be used as an example for a free market economy and then USA used as a mixed economy. USA should be used in the recommendations. IT HAS TO BE 2000 WORDS.
