Identify a problem or relevant situation in your work setting ( EMS ) and expand on it, applying a learning-psychology perspective. Devise a strategy to solve the problem, based on the learning/ psychological/ philosophical concepts you have studied in that perspective, supported by a rationale for the strategy. Additional Information: This paper is for Medical Education course and it is concentrate on learning and cognitive. the objective of this course is: 1-The structure and processes of human cognition. 2-? The development of educational psychology as a field leading to learning concepts and theories and the research support behind them. 3-? How learning theories may impact on instructional design and teaching strategies. 4-? (Social) constructivism 5-? Individual differences between students with respect to intelligence, learning 6-styles, and motivation.
