Effective leadership

I chose 18 articles as main sources for this research paper about effective leadership. you will found it in main sources file. Also, I have to integrate the reading for this course in my research. I have to include at least 17 citations from (the integrate sources file, plus the required book "Leadership: Theory and Practice, 7th Edition by Peter G. Northouse". I do not have e-copy for the book. please do not use any source that I do not attach for you (just use my sources). I try to write the introduction, but it needs some modifications to be more comprehensive for all sources. if you have any questions, send it to me before you start writing. Introduction The view of effective leadership is clearly different from perspective to other. Actually, I expected this result. According to Northouse, there are different sides of leadership, which are traits of leaders, and the process of leadership (2015). As result, there are paly an important role of thinking about what is an effective leadership. Some of views focuses on the skills and traits of leaders like clear vision, reshaping mindsets, and self-knowledge, and influence. On the other hand, other studies try to find effective ways that lead to have effective leadership processes. For example, leaders find strategies to face crisis, gain a high performance, and other to keep with globalization. Also, the followers are an important factor in the leadership process, so leaders should try to encourage and motive them and care about their emotions. That helps leader to achieve an effective leadership process. Moreover, if leaders want to be more effective, they should find the proper style that fits with situation and their followers’ level. Zaccaro added that effective leadership means that leaders should be able to influence others, shape, and manage in addition to developing plans in accordance with the stipulated rules and regulations. They should also display different approaches and styles pertaining to leadership (2007). Finally, there is a possibility to improve and develop leaders’ skills in order to be more effective.
