English in the workplace

Write an essay of 9 to 10 pages, about English in the workplace. Explaining why it is a bona fide requirement for workers, and how it can bring challenges. This is from a Canadian situation and how Canada is accepting more and more immigrants and refugees and how that might effect the workplace it matters like language. Canada is already a bilingual country with English and French. This is a an employment law course with many infuses on human resource management and diversity etc.
