Equity and trust law

Question: “No particular form of expression is necessary for the creation of a trust, if on the whole it can be gathered that a trust was intended… A trust may thus be created without using the word "trust", for what the court regards is the substance and effect of the words used.” [Scarman LJ quoting Snell's Principles of Equity in Paul v Constance [1977] 1 All ER 195] Discuss with reference to relevant case law.
