International Law
Until then, we are here to guide you in the process and wish you the best of luck! Here are a few important things you should know as you begin working on it: - International rules governing the cyber world serve as the backdrop for this assignment; however no prior knowledge of cyber law is needed to answer the questions. You are being tested on your ability to analyze sources of international law – not on cyber norms. Please keep this in mind. - Specifically, your grade will reflect your ability to identify those sources, and assess their normative value and their impact on the development of international law - You must support your answers/arguments with references to class material. - Similarly, make sure you explain and illustrate any point you wish to make using legal arguments and material (as done in class). - Your answers must be organized and coherent. - Your answers (to questions 1 and 2 taken together) should not exceed three pages (typed in Times New Roman, spacing 1.5, normal margins). Do not forget to include paragraph breaks, of course. We remain at your disposal should you have any question.
