Order Description
Your organisation, a nationwide distribution company, has recently purchased a regional business based in the North West; you have been asked to write a report advising the senior management team, as to what information they would require in order to decide, how/whether to integrate the acquired company’s property and infrastructure into the wider business, bearing in mind your organisation already has a distribution centre in the area?
The report excluding the executive summary should not exceed 3000 words and should consider the implications of but not be limited to the following, with regards to the decision making process:
1 Critically evaluate and analyse the flow of information and knowledge within an organisation and apply this to facilities management strategy. - 20 Marks
2 Critically evaluate and analyse how effective information and knowledge use brings benefits to an organisation. - 20 Marks
3 Apply change management theory to influence vision and strategy of the organisation in the context of facilities management. - 20 Marks
4 Develop and embed a change management strategy in the context of the strategic position of the facilities management function. - 20 Marks
