Order Description Your organisation, a nationwide distribution company, has recently purchased a regional business based in the North West; you have been asked to write a report advising the senior management team, as to what information they would require in order to decide, how/whether to integrate the acquired company’s property and infrastructure into the wider business, bearing in mind your organisation already has a distribution centre in the area?
