Excel Instructions: Prepare a Project Charter for Integration. As we discussed in class, a great way to start gathering input from your Key Stakeholders is to produce a Project Charter (very similar to your Scope assignment with the word Preliminary in front of Scope Description and Product Description) Add Preliminary in front of the Scope Description and Product Description and add 3 signatures on the bottom and submit it for your Integration input. Note: I will attach my Project + an example of an integration. all work is in Excel. Integration Management Project Title Project Sponser Objective Dream Chaser Prototype Sierra Nevada Corporation Develop scale model of Dream Chaser Project Charter "Sierra Nevada Corporation hereby authorizes the Dream Chaser™ scale model project, which will develop, fabricate, and verify a 15% scale model of the Dream Chaser™ vehicle. Frank Taylor, Business Development Manager will act as executive sponsor for this project. Lee Wislon will be the Project Manager (PM). He is authorized to plan, execute, monitor, and control the design, fabrication, and verification of the Dream Chaser™ scale model. The PM should brief the PMO Oversight Committee on the Project Management and is responsible to update the PMO Vice President weekly thereafter with status and to arrange PMO face-to-face meetings at crucial project milestones. Financial, material, and human resource my be produced by the PM up to the amounts approved by the PMO, as well as the additional funds provided by UROP, in the Project Management Plan.
