Negotiations Hypothesis based on data
You will have to access to a data file containing results of surveys completed by more than 100 individuals. Using this
data, you will advance and support a hypothesis relevant to subject of negotiation/conflict resolutions and use quantitative analysis methods to determine whether their hypothesis supported or not. Based on the analysis, you will draw conclusions and make recommendations for managers and negotiators. All of this will be presented in a paper of 4-5 pages plus appendices.
You should have valid hypothesis, the appropriateness of the quantitative analysis tool used, accurateness of results, and the creativity of conclusion reached.
You need to submit all the files and documents that are used. You can use excel or spread sheet program that are required for this assignment.
You have use only these variables: Stress Coping(Problem Solving), Work addiction risk test(need for control), Propensity of trust, Creative personality,gender and age.
