Openly Gays serving in the U.S. Military: Male soldiers' perceived implications on Unit Task Cohesion Order Description This is a research study that is designed to study the impact of allowing openly gays to serve in the U.S. military. The study will reflect how male soldiers in a given unit believe that lifting the ban on gays serving in the military has affected Task Cohesion with that unit.
