Organization Order Description Retrospective Reflection: Define the problem with respect to my organizational problem: Individuals who work in major cities are in-fact stress before they even arrive at the office to start their day. The balancing of family, career, personal events, and work can be a bit much for most employees. My experience in working in major cities, the normal arrival from home to work averages about 45 minutes to 1-hour induration.
