Management Theory and Organizational Behavior Final Project A bottom line goal is to apply Organizational Behavior concepts to actual work on the job. It is now up to you to decide what areas of our Organizational Behavior course material to integrate and use to help you achieve business success as an “emotionally intelligent” manager/person. Please review the past topics from our course, such as: • Career Survey and Analysis • Motivation (Job Enrichment and Employee Engagement) • Communication • Work Groups and Team • Leadership/Coaching Techniques • Conflict Management • Change Management • Work Issues and Problems In a maximum of five pages, write a paper focusing on the following: 1. Think about particular areas in your organization or where you have previously worked where improvements can be made and choose one. 2. Identify a problem and describe the impact of the problem. 3. What actions can you put in place that would help to improve your organization’s effectiveness now and in the future? 4. Explain how each action and improvement you select aligns with the concepts gained from our course. Remember, this is not a research paper but an opportunity for you to reflect on your own organization or past work experience.
