Psychological effects of different assessment methods in recruiting graduates for a company (of your choice)

  Imagine you are writing a psychological recommendation paper for the company of your choice on which assessment methods would be best for them to use in recruiting new graduates (any company you want to make some recommendations on the best assessments methods that that company could choose from/consider to recruit new graduates). In short: 1st Choose a favourite company, 2nd Explain the first stage of setting up an assessment system – conducting job analysis – emphasising to the company owners why this stage is necessary, and how it should be operationalised. 3rd Choose only 3 of any of these assessment methods: Interviews (in their varying forms), Assessment centres, Personality assessment, Ability questionnaires, Situational Judgement Tests, Biodata & Weighted Application Blanks. 4th Critically appraise these methods (psychological strengths/weakness, Contemporary and psychological issues affecting the feasibility of methods, validity and reliability data). 5th Do a mini utility analysis for all 3 methods- Returns of Investment (the cost of setting it up and possible returns) 6th Recommend to the company which method(s) should be used, with regards to their specific recruitment/selection needs. 7th Make any possible Cautionary Notes 8th Conclusions
