Punishment and the Death Penalty

Discussion case response. Papers should utilize at least the textbook as a reference. These papers are to be responses to one of the case studies at the end of the textbook chapter related to the class discussion. The essays should respond to the questions at the end of the case study. Reponses should include pertinent information from the scenario, a discussion of appropriate ethical theories, and relevant information from the class discussion. Student responses should be strongly supported by appropriate evidence from the course material, textbooks, and other references. You do not have to answer all of the questions.
