recommendation

This assignment is for my strategic management class we were assigned to a non profit company in Tampa called United way suncoast, there goal is to get millennials more involved mostly by donation, also volunteering. we have to find recommendation for the company to help them in making millennials donate more to the company. No need for introduction start right away with the recommendation. This is a 4 page paper. My idea is that millennials wants to know where their money is going and if they are really making an impact on society so start from here, However i did not find an Idea that's where you come in please come up with a good idea no apps. search to find ways to get millennials involved. another thing is early awareness where they can give lectures in the university of Tampa to make millennials well informed, not forcing any of these ideas but something within those lines. notes i took for the assignment: Idea, data, and then recommendation Data can be primary and secondary (surveys) If your idea doesn’t have data, move on to the next idea you have.
