a) Explain the procedures you would apply to identify any gaps in knowledge and the need for training amongst members of your work group.
b) Describe 3 options for providing training and learning opportunities that are available to your work group, e.g. offsite training, bringing a trainer into the workplace, providing coaching
or mentoring in-house.
Explain how you would investigate the options and choose one (or more) that best meets the needs of your work group.
Include a list of the people you consulted while arranging for training.
Also outline the costs of providing the training and learning opportunities that were selected.

a) Identify appropriate methods used for the monitoring of resources purchased, and demonstrate how you provide accurate reporting in a timely manner.
b) Demonstrate how you assess resource plans against actual costs, how you identify shortfalls and surpluses to determine the effectiveness of resource planning.
c) Demonstrate how you utlilise consultation and feedback mechanisms to identify improvements in resource planning, and determine how improvements can be implemented.
