Paper details: The annotated essay outline should be 300-500 words, excluding references (if used). The challenge is to present the headings that constitute the outline of your paper, and state concisely (with only a few sentences/one paragraph per heading) what each section will entail. Note that this is not meant to be a first draft of the paper, but it must be thorough enough to indicate what you essay is about. The outline MUST also have a title that accurately represents the content of the proposed paper.
