Company: SNAPCHAT For this assignment, select an organization of your choice on which to conduct a thorough SWOT analysis of the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats for that organization. You can write about your current or former workplace or any organization with which you are familiar, such as a well-known company, your church, volunteer organization, or even DeVry University. Please remember that research is required so use an actual organization for which you can find information. This is not a case where you could make up information. You must use the Mandatory Outline Framework to organize your paper. Using the outline framework to organize sections of your analysis, your final SWOT paper should be in a cohesive essay format—no bullet points. Paragraphs should be cited in APA format. Mandatory Outline Framework This outline is provided to help you organize your SWOT Analysis paper. You must submit a written SWOT Analysis PAPER, properly formatted, cited, and grammatically correct with a minimum of 1,000 words. You need to write a minimum of one paragraph for each sub-section of the outline. You must use thisdocument to organize your paper. You do need to use all the numbering system, lettering, and headers/sub-headers from the outlineto organize the entire paper. Copy and paste the framework, then write your content in paragraph form in each section, citing your sources. Points will be deducted if you do not use these section headers to organize the different research content required in your paper. Your analysis should be easy to follow as a result of using these organizational tools from the outline. Follow all instructions on this outline and in your rubric. I. Each of these opportunities and threats must come from a force or forces occurring within a dimension or dimensions of the general environment within the organization's external environment (Keep in mind an opportunity or threat can stem from more than one dimension within the general environment.). Be sure to include in your discussion the relevant dimensions of the general environment from which each of these forces is derived that are creating the specific opportunity or threat for the organization. o Please Note—The dimensions of the general environment are outlined in Chapter 2 and in the Week 1 Lecture. • Include in your analysis an explanation of how each of the opportunities and threats will likely impact the company and why. Include other companies/industries on which this may also have an effect.
