Academic Set Readings will be attachment including video links Instructions Drawing on the two academic set readings (Butler 2011 and Stanley, Spade and Queer (In)Justice 2012), as well as the general information in the module, write a short one page essay arguing why third wave feminism in general, and/or queer theory in particular, provide valuable improvements on earlier forms of feminist criminology. In your essay aim to demonstrate your understanding of the key differences between the different waves of feminism, as well as between feminism and queer theory. Aim to develop a clear argument in relation to the benefits of third wave feminism and/or queer theory in the context of either criminology in general or a specific criminological issue. Be sure to cite both the set readings, and demonstrate in your essay a basic comprehension of the key gist of each.
