You are working in the local public health unit and you have been tasked with developing a Communicable Disease Control Plan for the prevention, preparedness and response to a measles outbreak in a boarding school in consultation with the school nurse and a team of teachers.

Must be set out using the provided template and include (at a minimum) the following topics
Outbreak identification and response
Stakeholder organisations and individuals
Composition of the Outbreak control team (OCT) including the specific roles and responsibilities of organisations and positions in the team
Resources and Training required including the resources and facilities available to investigate and respond to outbreaks - the list of essential medicines, supplies and diagnostics needed
Communication plan including the arrangements for consulting and information-sharing at local and national levels
