Reflective Paper *Please be sure you scroll down and read all of the instructions for this assignment before you begin!* Previously, you read about some theories of government. Choose one of the theories to discuss policy formulation in regards to one of the policy documents that you read during this module. For example, what elements of Elite Theory might you see in reading the REVISED WHITE PAPER ON ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE ? What can you say about the policy document from the standpoint of Elite Theory? What elements of the document capture your attention seen through the lens of Elite Theory? What conclusions can you draw about the policy document from the perspective of that theory? Select any of the policy documents read and any of the policy theories covered. (Note: Make sure you select a policy theory and not a theory of government.) Your reflective paper should be three-to-four pages. Make sure to be specific in what you discuss and the points you make. Use concrete examples, and cite the material you draw from. Formatting and citations for this paper should follow the standards for graduate-level university work at The Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL) . The specific citation style you choose is up to you. However, be consistent throughout the document. Your document should be in Microsoft Word or similar word-processing software. Upon completion of the assignment, upload it for grading.
