Paper details: As stated earlier in these instructions, the proposal will be no less than 11 paragraphs, which corresponds to about a 5-page paper. Please write the proposal in formal prose (not outline) with single-spaced 12-point font text and 1-1.25” margins. No title page is required. The proposal needs to be presented in formal prose in the order that is listed in this document and labeled according to the section topic as provided in their capital bold section headings. There are no exceptions to these requirements, which are considered “fatal flaws” if not done.
