The paper should include exploring the history and current status of mass media from a variety of perspectives. One frame is to look at the media through the lens of important events and prominent people. Other approaches ask us to analyze the role of government regulation and the marketplace. It can also be useful to explore media from the perspective of diverse groups. The Team Media Project requires that you work in teams to produce a significant project on a topic of your choosing.
