Topic: OLM-INNOVATION & ORGANIZATIONS PART 2
Order Description
DEAR WRITER, I ENJOYED YOUR PREVIOUS WORK ON MY PAPERS. THIS ASSIGMENT IS CONNECTED TO ORDER NUMBER #81518024. THE PROFESSOR IS ATTEMPTING TO CONNECTING THE TOPICS OF INNOVATION IN 2 MODELS. SHE WANTS TO CONNECT THESE TWO PAPERS IN WHAT SHE REFERS TO AS A DIMENSION OF INNOVATION. THIS SECOND PAPER WILL BE INCLUDED IN A QUADRANT THAT WILL BE EXPLAINED IN THE ASSIGMENT. THE ASSIGMENT DETAILS WILL BE BELOW AS WELL AS THE REFERENCE MATERIAL TO ASSIST WITH THE ASSIGNMENT. PELASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
During Week 3(COMPLETE WITH ORDER NUMBER 81518024) and Week 5, you will undertake two separate papers, each focused on a single dimension related to innovation. Each paper will identify a single component that you believe is an important concept/element of innovation within global organizations.
Your final course paper then will be your development of a unique two dimensional Model of Innovation.
Each of these two papers will form the foundation of your conjecture. Two dimensional theories have been used from the early Ohio State Leadership studies starting in the 1950’s (Consideration and Initiating Structure) to the Leadership Grid Theory of the 1960’s (Concern for People and Concern for Production) and later with the Situational Leadership Theory of the 1980’s (Task Behavior and Relationship Behavior).
Models begin with a generally accepted set of meanings or characteristics associated with certain facts, objects, conditions, situations and behaviors (in our case, innovation). Create your statements using broad principles which may affect perception and behaviors relative to the subject matter being researched. You will further support your statements with concepts from the assignments, readings, and own experiences (with citations and references in APA format). The success of your research is oftentimes based on the clarity of your conceptualization.
Your original, two dimensional Innovation Model should be applicable to the field of global leadership and provide clear arguments to support your statements and your overall position. These two Dimension Papers will help you get started with your final course project.
Students will access the 2-Dimensional Model template apply their dimensions from the Dimension One and Dimension Two papers outlined above.
This template is provided to ensure uniformity and reduce the clerical/formatting activities of the assignment. One of your dimensions will be placed on the X axis and your other dimension will form the Y axis. This creates the basis for the four quadrants* of your Innovation Model. You will name each quadrant. Quadrants may use the naming scheme of Quadrants One, Two, Three and Four or you may choose to develop unique names that reflect these individual quadrants.
Each quadrant section will be unique. You will observe that the lower right quadrant will have a strong level of the X axis element and a weak level of the Y axis component. Your paper will examine each of the four quadrants and how the combination of the specific levels of each dimension would likely manifest within an organization.
The written assignments in this course are to be developed with the understanding that each will form part of the final paper. Do not spend a great deal of time in repeating the introduction of the basis and purpose of each paper. Start with the specific focus of this paper and present the information. Also, keep in mind that you are not developing a general model but a model that is useful for academics and practitioners in the field of global leadership.
