Order Description work for a funeral home We got a complaint from a customer who complaint to the state funeral bureau for not having a burial permit on time and we had to delay burial until the following dayso I need to write a statement of what happened that day This happened Monday October 10, 2015 we arrived at the cemetery approximately 11:30am we began with the service for herlinda Sanchez and service was over by 12:30pm through the the whole time I had been in contact with my boss John regarding the status of the burial permit that the health department issues in order to do the burial he told me that he has been in contact with the health department and we should get it soon.. While we waited for the permit mariachis were playing and I had told the family the situation and that were waiting for the burial permit and as soon we got the permit we will lower the casket and do the burial..time had passed mariachis were still playing and at 1:30pm I approached the family and told that I had to leave to the funeral home I offered to play music on our sound system and use our iPod to play music instead of the mariachis so they don't pay more money and I left after that ..please re write this in the best professional writing
