: Values Order Description As a leader, you need to understand what you believe in and your priorities. Complete and score the Values Inventory on. Write down your values and non-negotiable factors. Use these to create a value statement of 3-4 sentences. Write about why these values are important to you. For example, you could discuss how you will use these values to guide your development. Or how you will know when you are following your values and when you are not (to what outcome).
