Why hate speech should be censored in Germany

In April, the German government submitted a bill that would require social media outlets to remove fake news using hate speech. Although the bill hasn’t been passed, it represents the most aggressive move yet to counter fake news and hate speech. Do you think hate speech should be censored? Why or why not?
