  Order Description   Create a written proposal in which you detail the complete design of an employee training program. This detailed Design must be a two (2) day training program for a group of twenty (20) employees.     Write a six to eight (6-8 which does not include the cover sheet or the reference page) page paper (in the order presented below) in which you ()   First, identify two – three (2-3) issues that is impacting a business performance (chose a business of your choice) These issues would be the “trigger events”.
